IFS WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL
International Food Services (IFS) is committed to conducting business with the highest standards of integrity, transparency and ethical conduct. Our Whistleblower Channel provides a secure, confidential avenue for employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and any external stakeholder to raise concerns about serious or reprehensible matters that may violate our internal policies, applicable laws or ethical standards — without fear of retaliation.
What can be reported?
You may use this channel to report genuine concerns relating to, but not limited to:
- Fraud, corruption, bribery or financial irregularities
- Theft, embezzlement or misuse of company assets
- Violations of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Discrimination, harassment or workplace bullying
- Breaches of data protection and privacy obligations
- Unfair competition, anti-trust or anti-competitive practices
- Conflict of interest not properly declared
- Supplier, tax, or accounting misstatement
- Any other action or omission that could cause serious reputational, financial or operational harm to IFS or any person associated with IFS
Reports must be made in good faith and based on reasonable grounds. Malicious, vexatious or knowingly false reports are subject to disciplinary action.
How to submit a report
You can submit a report using any of the following channels:
- Secure online portal (recommended) — Click the "Report Compliance Breach" button below. Reports submitted this channel are managed by an independent third-party platform and can be made 100% anonymously if you so choose.
- Email — Send to the dedicated compliance mailbox listed under contact section below.
- Postal mail — Send a sealed letter marked "Confidential — Compliance" to the registered address attention of the HSE & Compliance Director.
All channels are monitored by the IFS Compliance Officer, who reports directly to the Executive Board. When a report is received, standard protocol requires acknowledgement receipt within 3 working days.
Protection against retaliation
IFS strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, direct or indirect, against any individual who makes a good-faith report through this channel. Retaliation — including but not limited to dismissal, demotion, suspension, intimidation, hostile treatment, or adverse change in working conditions — is itself a serious disciplinary offence and will result in appropriate action up to and including termination of employment or contract.
If you believe you have been subjected to retaliation, report it immediately using the same channel. Your allegation will be investigated as a priority case by the Compliance Officer, with escalation to an external independent investigator if warranted.
Where the law permits, the identity of the reporter will be kept confidential to the greatest extent possible without compromising a fair investigation or due process rights of the parties involved.
4 steps from submission to resolution
Every report follows the same auditable, impartial and time-bound process — regardless of seniority, job function or company relationship.
